01 MEASURABLE IMPACT

The work speaks for itself.

Results that reflect delivery, business scale, and a commitment to completing what I set out to do.

Every committed milestone completed. No shortcuts on accountability.

02 THE JOURNEY

Leadership built
from the ground up.

I started with hands-on technology transitions and grew into leading enterprise programs, cross-functional teams, and operational change. That foundation helps me connect strategy with the work required to deliver it.

“You build better integration processes when you understand the people who have to execute them.”

03 CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

Same focus.
Half the cycle.

I helped turn a six-month delivery playbook into a repeatable three-month process—improving coordination, reducing complexity, and keeping business operations moving.

04 SELECTED INTEGRATIONS

Complex work.
Real-world delivery.

Examples of leading multi-location transitions, aligning teams and technology, and protecting business continuity during change.

05 HOW I LEAD

People. Systems. Forward motion.

06 THE TECHNICAL DEPTH

I know the work
behind the plan.

From enterprise applications and SQL migrations to endpoint deployment and go-live coordination, I bring hands-on systems understanding to complex organizational change.

01 / 06

The distinction matters: I've configured and supported systems firsthand, and I've led migrations involving additional platforms. This is the technology and delivery landscape I've worked in—not a claim that I'm a developer or administrator of every product listed.

INSURANCE TECHNOLOGY HANDS-ON + DELIVERY

Beyond the platform names.
How the systems fit together.

Insurance technology is where I developed deep experience in enterprise application consolidation, legacy modernization, data transitions, and end-user readiness. These are practical examples of skills transferable to other industries.

01AGENCY MANAGEMENT

Applied Epic migrations

Led application and data migrations into Applied Epic. Connected the conversion plan to source-system discovery, field mapping, validation, cutover readiness, and the business teams who would use the new environment.

02LEGACY SYSTEMS

What acquired agencies already ran

Hands-on systems engineering included migrating, configuring, integrating, and troubleshooting legacy agency and document-management applications, their databases, and the infrastructure they depended on. Not every acquired agency started from the same place.

03CONNECTED PLATFORMS

Beyond the core AMS

Coordinated migrations and transitions involving related customer-service, digital-workflow, and benefits platforms. That meant planning how applications, data, staff training, and daily agency operations would work together after go-live.

UNDER THE HOOD

Real systems and architecture experience.

From hands-on engineering to end-to-end technical delivery. These are environments I worked with directly—not simply technologies listed on a project plan.

Data & SQL

SQL Server queries, database backup/restore, migrations, data mapping, cleanup, and validation.

Cloud & infrastructure

AWS, Azure, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix/RDS, file shares, permissions, and backups.

Solution design & dependencies

Current/future-state diagrams, application dependencies, retain/replace analysis, cutover runbooks, IIS, Linux, VPN, and DHCP.

07 THE FULLER STORY

Four roles.
One clear progression.

My responsibilities expanded from field technology delivery to enterprise program leadership. The through line is aligning people, systems, and execution around business outcomes.

08 HOW I WORK

A plan is only good
if people can execute it.

My approach combines hands-on technical understanding with practical governance, clear accountability, and repeatable execution across business units.

01

Understand the environment

Listen to employees and business leaders. Understand systems, data, workflows, and dependencies before defining the plan.

02

Build an executable plan

Connect accountable owners, milestones, decision points, risks, vendors, training, and the teams responsible for each handoff.

03

Lead the transition

Coordinate testing, deployments, communications, readiness, and transition activities while keeping operations moving.

APPLICATIONS I'VE BUILT FROM A PROBLEM TO A WORKING TOOL

When the tool doesn't exist,
I build something useful.

Two projects that show the other side of my experience: translating messy, real-world needs into working software that people can actually use.

INTERNAL BUSINESS APPLICATIONReference tool

Multi-Location Operations Knowledge & Reporting Hub

Designed and built an internal reference application organizing business profiles, operating practices, technology inventories, and organizational data across 28+ business units. Made fragmented information easier to review, compare, and report for operational discovery and standardization.

  • Consolidated OneNote exports, spreadsheets, and structured source data.
  • Organized agency, practice, and application views with source traceability.
  • Added browser-based editing, reporting, and CSV/PDF-style export workflows.
HTMLCSSJavaScriptData normalizationReports & exports

Internal work: source records and company data are not published.

PERSONAL SOFTWARE PROJECTWeb + Android

Study Brain

Built a local-first, multi-course study application designed around short sessions, real feedback, and easy movement between desktop and phone. It turns objectives, missed questions, and visual practice into a focused study flow.

  • Supports ITIL, CompTIA A+ Core 1, and Linux Essentials study tracks.
  • Provides weak-objective practice, visual questions, progress tracking, and exam-cram modes.
  • Uses device-local storage, optional OneDrive sync through Microsoft Graph, and Android packaging.
ReactTypeScriptViteIndexedDBMicrosoft GraphCapacitor

Personal project with local-first data and optional cross-device sync.

What these projects say about how I work: I can translate business or learning problems into usable interfaces, organize messy information, and take a working application through testing and refinement—not just write the plan.
